Before the release of his latest film Komaram Puli, actor Pawan Kalyan offered prayers at Alipiri before trekking up the Tirumala Hills on Thursday evening. The visit created a flutter at Alipiri, as the Praja Rajyam’s youth wing leaders gave wide publicity about his visit, saying that he would trek to Tirumala from Alipiri.

Pawan Kalyan arrived from Hyderabad at Renigunta airport and directly checked into a hotel near RTC bus station in the afternoon. At 2.30 p.m., news started spreading that the actor would reach Alipiri in a few minutes. Based on this, a number of youths thronged Alipiri. However, he came out of his hotel room around 6.30 p.m. only and declined to entertain the media.

According to reports, about 500 youth were present to see the actor at Alipiri. Disappointing all, he entered the footpath through the security point accompanied by about 20 persons. Some of the public deplored that his bodyguards manhandled them.

On Friday, Pawan Kalyan took part in the Abhishekam seva and worshipped the Lord for the success of his forthcoming Komaram Puli. He told the media that he had been contemplating to visit Tirumala since two years, which was fulfilled now.
